BNBUILDERS STRENGTHENS MISSION CRITICAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH PROVEN INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP

The rapid growth of AI and data-driven technologies is reshaping how mission critical facilities are planned and built. Data centers must support massive compute loads, integrate highly coordinated building systems, and perform without interruption. To meet these demands, BNBuilders has assembled a Mission Critical team with deep experience in the design, construction, and operation of high-performance data environments.

Mission critical work requires a different mindset than traditional construction. These facilities depend on advanced electrical and mechanical systems, detailed coordination across trades, and thorough testing to ensure continuous performance. BNBuilders’ Mission Critical team is built around professionals who have spent their careers delivering and operating these environments, bringing firsthand knowledge of what it takes to execute complex infrastructure.

Miller

Leading the team is Todd Miller, Market Leader for Mission Critical. With more than 25 years in the industry, Todd has worked as both a general contractor and an owner’s representative, giving him a well rounded perspective on project delivery, risk management, and client priorities. Over the course of his career, he has delivered more than $6 billion in commercial construction projects for confidential hyperscale clients and has experience on more than 20 mission critical and data center projects. Todd’s background allows him to guide teams through technically demanding projects while keeping performance, cost, and long-term operations aligned.

Vaccaro

Supporting client relationships and strategic growth is Paul Vaccaro, Account Executive for Mission Critical. Paul brings more than 30 years of experience across the design, construction, and operation of data center facilities, having served in roles representing owners, owner’s representatives, designers, operations teams, and contractors. His career includes leadership on more than $10 billion in data center projects for hyperscale clients, co-location developers, and private commercial owners. Paul’s ability to translate technical requirements into clear business decisions helps clients navigate increasingly complex infrastructure needs.

Kivi

Paul Kivi, Project Executive for Mission Critical has managed more than $2 billion in commercial construction work over his 30-plusyear career, including more than 20 mission critical and data center projects for public and private sector clients. He brings deep experience with design build delivery and has supported highly regulated environments through work with the U.S. Department of Defense. Paul is certified in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management (CQM) program, reinforcing his disciplined approach to quality, documentation, and compliance.

Huffman

Jeremy Huffman is the MEP Director for Mission Critical. Over the past decade, Jeremy has led MEP trade partners, vendors, and consultants in the delivery of 14 data center projects representing more than 1.8 gigawatts of compute capacity and approximately $12 billion in construction value. His prior 12 years as an instrumentation and controls program manager give him deep insight into system integration, controls, and operational readiness. Jeremy plays a critical role in ensuring that complex power and cooling systems are coordinated early, installed accurately, and validated through rigorous testing and commissioning.

Together, the Mission Critical team reflects BNBuilders’ emphasis on technical leadership and collaborative delivery. While the company continues to build highly complex projects across life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and advanced technology markets, this team strengthens BNBuilders’ ability to support clients pursuing mission critical infrastructure with confidence and clarity.

As AI and cloud-based technologies continue to expand, mission critical facilities will play an increasingly central role in the built environment. By investing in seasoned leaders with deep technical expertise, BNBuilders is positioned to support clients building the infrastructure that powers today’s most advanced systems.
