Argon & Co, a global operations and supply chain consulting firm, has been named among the UK’s top employers in an independent assessment.
Hot on the heels of being named a leading consulting firm by both the Financial Times and Consultancy.org, Argon & Co has now also been recognised for its excellence in building a great workplace and culture.
In the 2025 edition of the Great Place To Work benchmark, an annual assessment of employers across the United Kingdom, Argon & Co outperformed the benchmark’s criteria and its peers on multiple fronts, with overall 93% of employees stating that they consider the consultancy as a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK-based company.
Employees overwhelmingly agree Argon & Co provides an inclusive, welcoming, and physically safe workplace, where people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation and feel valued from day one. With 96% also confident in the quality of new hires, the company is also on the right path to maintain its strong internal culture.
Unlike other employership awards, the Great Place to Work assessment focuses on what matters most: the voice of employees – rather than just reviewing HR policies or surveying only management. In the UK, the institute evaluates hundreds of businesses annually, with only the top performers earning the prestigious Great Place to Work certified status.
Continued progress
“We are absolutely thrilled to receive this certification. Hearing that our team consistently feels supported and valued is incredibly rewarding,” said Ben Wright, Managing Partner at Argon & Co. “A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this achievement through their honest feedback.”
“Congratulations to Argon & Co for being a Great Place to Work,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work. “Workplaces that make the list excel in creating consistently great experiences for all employees through fostering high levels of trust, pride and camaraderie. These crucial elements collectively contribute to creating cultures where employees feel they can truly be themselves and thrive in a supportive and caring environment.”
Despite the recognition, Wright was quick to emphasise that the consulting firm will not rest on its laurels. “This recognition is not a finish line, but a starting point for continued progress. We remain committed to making Argon & Co an even better place to grow and thrive, building on this foundation as we continue to invest in our people and our culture.”
Argon & Co has approximately 850 consultants and staff offices in 13 countries. Its UK team is around 100-people strong and operates out of London.
