
European management consulting firm Eight Advisory has appointed six new partners, bringing the firm’s total number of partners to 113 across its footprint.
Antoine Gaudron has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Paris office. A member of the Strategy & Operations practice, he has extensive experience in areas such as supply chain management, logistics, distribution, manufacturing and business planning for sectors such as retail, consumer goods and B2B industries.
Gaudron has been with Eight Advisory since 2020, and previously served BearingPoint.
Bilel Djemmali has been promoted to partner in Lyon. He is a member of the Restructuring practice, and specialises in helping businesses with financial and operational turnaround, from strategy and negotiations with key stakeholders through to the delivery of turnaround plans.
At Eight Advisory, Djemmali focuses on the growth of Eight Advisory in the South of France.
Baptiste Piasentin has been promoted partner in the Transaction Services practice. He has been with Eight Advisory since 2017, supporting both private equity firms and corporates, with financial due diligence projects and expertise in mergers & acquisitions. Based out of Paris, Piasentin started his career at a Big Four firm, where he worked in the audit field.
Margot De Vylder has been promoted to partner in Brussels. A member of the Transaction Services team, she has since her arrival at Eight Advisory in 2019 advised a diverse range of clients on financial transactions, including midsize to large private and public companies across sectors such as software, B2B services, retail, consumer goods, and industrial products.
De Vylder began her career at a Big Four company in 2010, where she worked in financial audit services in both Belgium and Australia.
Willem de Loore has been appointed a partner in the Transaction Services practice. He previously spent more than 15 years at a Big Four firm, where he specialised in deals and mergers & acquisitions. His track record spans supporting both private equity funds and corporates with deals and value creation.
De Loore is based in the Brussels office, and regularly works on transactions with a cross-border character.
Martijn van Heugten has been appointed as partner in Amsterdam. A member of the Valuation and Modelling practice, he has a track record in delivering valuation services to (international) corporate clients, private equity investors and infrastructure funds in various deal and non-deal settings as well as dispute and litigation valuations.
Before joining Eight Advisory, Van Heugten worked for over 17 years at a Big Four firm where he was leading the valuations offering within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
