French operations consultancy Mews Partners appoints Franck Vigilant as CEO

Mews Partners, a French management and operations consulting firm with around 300 people, has appointed Franck Vigilant as CEO.

Now in his 14th year at Mews Partners, Franck Vigilant has been elected by the firm’s partnership to lead the company into its next phase. Vigilant joined the business in 2012 from PSA Peugeot Citroën and has risen through the ranks to Senior Partner.

Over the years, he has played an important role in driving growth, and led major projects at clients including Naval Group, the European Space Agency and Airbus. Vigilant specializes in topics such as strategic change, operations transformation,  performance improvement, and digital transformation.

“I am delighted to step into this role and am excited about driving the firm’s new ambitions. The journey ahead looks thrilling,” said Vigilant.

Founded in 1992, Mews Partners is one of France’s larger independent management consulting firms, with offices in Paris, Toulouse, Marseille, and Lyon. The company also has two hubs in Germany: Munich and Hamburg.

Mews Partners is a specialist in operations consulting, providing an end-to-end offering from upstream operations like research & development and engineering to downstream operations such as supply chain, logistics, services and technology. Its clients are active in sectors including manufacturing, aerospace, defence, automotive, mobility, energy, infrastructure, luxury, fashion and retail.

A growth mandate

New chief Vigilant has been handed the mandate to accelerate the company’s growth, to be realized through geographical expansion across Europe.

“Our next growth phase will require mobilising greater resources for external growth or for developing partnerships around major future sectors, supported by strengthened corporate functions,” Vigilant noted. “It will also involve fully leveraging the synergies across all our capabilities.”
