Maven Insights strengthens leadership team with three promotions

Maven Insights, a management consulting firm with five offices in the region, has announced the appointment of Raja Farhat and Omar Sakkal as Associate Partners, alongside the promotion of Fadi Mouzannar to Senior Director.

Alper Kulak, Senior Partner at Maven Insights, said the appointments reflect the firm’s continued growth and its commitment to developing leaders from within who drive impact at clients and internally.

Raja Farhat brings over 13 years of consulting experience in the region and has progressed through multiple leadership roles within Maven Insights, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager and then Director. During his tenure, he has contributed to projects that strengthened strategic alignment, enhanced governance, and optimized operations across public and private sector clients across Saudi Arabia.

His portfolio includes AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives in key projects. Prior to joining Maven Insights, Farhat held leadership roles at Solutions by STC and Peppers & Rogers Group, where he supported the development and implementation of customer experience strategies.

Omar Sakkal has been with Maven Insights for more than six years and also steps into the Associate Partner role. With over 13 years of consulting experience, Sakkal has led numerous operational and transformation initiatives across industries, helping clients optimize performance and achieve measurable outcomes.

Before joining Maven Insights, he held senior roles at the BACS Consortium for the Riyadh Metro Project, where he led the Continuous Improvement Unit. His experience in one of Saudi Arabia’s most complex infrastructure programs, combined with his foresight, structured approach, and commitment to delivery, has positioned him as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

Fadi Mouzannar, appointed as Senior Director, brings over 14 years of consulting and advisory experience in the region. One of the early members contributing to Maven Insights’ growth, he currently leads the Customer & Destination Experience practice, and the firm’s Mashoorah venture advisory arm.

His expertise spans digital transformation, operating model design, business development, UI/UX, customer experience, and data visualization, shaping programs that deliver impact for clients across sectors.
