Projective Group highlights culture and community efforts in 2025

European consulting firm Projective Group has spent the first half of 2025 pursuing a range of corporate social responsibility campaigns. As it aims to prioritise wellbeing of its staff, and the communities they live in, the firm has hosted several events, raising money for a good cause, or boosting social cohesion and inclusivity in the process.

According to a statement from the firm, Projective Group doesn’t view culture as “just a buzzword”, but instead as “the heartbeat of everything we do”. As the firm passes the halfway mark of 2025, it has celebrated the energy that its teams across Europe have poured into its culture and community pillars.

In a statement on Projective Group’s website, the firm lauded everything from “heartfelt CSR initiatives and wellbeing boosts to social events, sporting challenges, and meaningful DEI celebrations”. The firm added that “it’s been a busy and brilliant first half of the year!”

Culture

Established in 2006 in Belgium, Projective Group is a professional services firm dedicated to the financial services industry. The firm first launched in the UK in 2010, and now has a team of more than 150 staff there – so events took place on either side of the English Channel.

Kicking off the new year in style, Projective Group brought its people together for celebratory drinks. But to help carry the joy into the following month, and chase away the famed ‘January Blues’, the firm’s UK colleagues hosted a Blue Monday Spin Class; a free, energising session to beat the winter gloom.

This set the tone for some important later in the sunnier months of the year – as the UK team hit the road with the London to Brighton Bike Ride. The participants raised funds and awareness for a great cause, The Felix Project. Meanwhile, sweetening the effort, a company-wide Bake Sale brought colleagues together to raise money with homemade treats and plenty of smiles. In addition to the bike events in the UK, Projective Group colleagues also took part in the JP Morgan Run in both the UK and in the firm’s newly launched Germany office.

Community

Finally in the UK, the annual fixture of Pride Month shone bright across Projective Group’s office. According to the firm, “Colleagues came together to honour and celebrate LGBTQ+ inclusion and identity” – something which has become increasingly important in an increasingly hostile political landscape in the UK.

Back on the continental mainland, Projective Group also went the extra mile for inclusivity. Cultural celebrations at its Belgian office saw colleagues highlight “the colours, flavours, and warmth of Indian culture”. Elsewhere, the Belgian office also sought to underline the importance of supporting working parents in business, with a Bring Your Kids to Work Day – “filled with games, lunch, a movie and meaningful conversations about the experience of being a working parent”.

The firm’s statement concluded, “We’re so proud of the passion and personality our people bring to Projective Group. This round-up is just a glimpse of the many ways our teams continue to build our community, support one another, and make our culture truly special. Here’s to an even more inspiring second half of the year!”
