Bringing over 15 years of expertise in management consulting, El Bachraoui has driven complex digital transformation initiatives and crafted customer-centric strategies across various sectors, including travel & transportation, energy & utilities, manufacturing, retail, and government.

“My goal is to strengthen our digital and customer experience capabilities across the Middle East. This includes extending our presence and impact with existing customers while expanding our business into new sectors,” said El Bachraoui.

A member of Sia Partners since 2010, El Bachraoui previously worked in the firm’s Amsterdam office and has now relocated to the region. Prior to joining Sia Partners, he spent two years with Accenture.

Commenting on the appointment, Amancio Torres, Middle East Managing Partner at Sia Partners said: “Khalid’s leadership will significantly strengthen our Digital Transformation and Customer Experience offerings and support the continued growth of Sia Partners in the Middle East.”

His track record includes leading numerous large programs and change projects in sectors such as government, financial services, and energy, across the GCC and also the UK and Australia, where he previously was based.

In his new role, Al Omari will lead the cybersecurity and resilience service portfolio of Sia Partners in the Middle East. “My focus is on strengthening and growing our capabilities in the region and Saudi Arabia, one of the world’s fastest-evolving tech landscapes, and an emerging leader in the global cybersecurity arena.”

Torres: “We are thrilled to welcome Loai to our team. His expertise will significantly enhance our capabilities in a crucial area of client demand.”

Earlier in his career, Al Omari worked for Devoteam, where he established and built a successful cybersecurity practice from the ground up, and fellow consultancies Accenture and Innovative Solutions, where he held senior cybersecurity positions. During his more than a dozen years with the British and Australian government, he held several roles in technology and cybersecurity.
